How do I get started?
Select the garment you like from our catalog. Decide the quantities you need and bring us your design or idea.
How long will it take?
Screen-printed jobs take between 7-10 business days. Embroidery jobs take between 10-15 business days.
Do you have rush service?
Rush service is sometimes available depending on the time of year and current workload. A rush fee may apply.
What are your minimums?
Screen-Printing – 24 pcs.
Embroidery – 24 pcs.
Dye Sublimation – 24 pcs.
Banners – 1 pcs.
Signs or Decals – Please call (918-439-4030)
Can sweatshirts and tees be printed together?
Garments may be mixed as long as print locations are the same. Hats are an exception due to different methods of production.
When do I pay?
Payment is due in full when you pick-up your order.
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes. We pride ourselves on quality workmanship and integrity. Your garments will be replaced if claims are made within 5 days of
receiving your order. Due to various methods of manufacturing and laundering, we cannot guarantee against shrinkage.
Also, we count every order 3 times to assure the accuracy of your order.
How do I care for my imprinted apparel?
For best results, we recommend washing imprinted garments inside-out and by following the directions listed on the care label.
